Approximately 120 Million Americans alone have (High)Hypertension and (Low) Hypotension. This is epidemic and it's time for you to take control of your health and learn how you can re-balance your blood pressure naturally.

Let's understand a couple fundamentals when it comes to blood pressure.

1) Which glands/organs are responsible for blood pressure - systolic (maximum) pressure over diastolic (minimum).

Adrenals. They are responsible for systolic portion of the blood pressure. (upper number)

Kidneys . They are responsible for diastolic portion of the blood pressure. (low number)

2) It is almost always the diet you are eating. Eat a steak and measure your blood pressure after it begins to break down.

3) High and Low pressure are from the same gland/organs that are not working correctly (Adernals/Kidneys). Low pressure will eventually end up being high blood pressure.

4) You have two Adrenals and Kidneys and it is a good practice to measure both sides as significant differences may indicate blockages or that one side (pair Adrenal/Kidney) are not working well and need a bit more cleaning than the other side.

5) You can get your Blood Pressure under control using our diet protocols which are designed to clean and re-balance your bodies chemistry.

What is the main causes for Blood Pressure?

  • Your Lymphatic system becoming Acidic: We have taught you about the Lymph in our prior blogs/videos is located through your entire body and it flows through-out your entire tissues and organs cleaning up cellular waste and toxins.

  • Once your Lymphatic system becomes compromised (Acidic) then your tissues and organs are being burned/attacked by Acids. This is why the Adrenals glands are not working correctly and why the Kidneys are not filtering (cleaning) because they a plugged/damaged due to your current diet. Hence, the blood pressure issues.

How can we get our Blood Pressure back into balance so you can regain health?

  • Use our Diet protocols which are the core to re-balancing your Lymphatic PH which allows your tissues and organs to repair once you reduce the acids. You must cool/neutralize and get rid of the acids inside your body if you want to get off the meds.

  • We recommend that you utilize our herbals as well which will enhance and speed up the detoxification of acids out of your body. Start with using our Heal-All tea to enhance our diet protocols

  • Manage the stress in your life. Walk, Meditate, Breath, Relax the stress out of your life. Stress creates Acids inside your body.

The brief blog was intended to help you understand how diet chemistry has a profound impact on your health and weight. Our website is here to teach, educate and provide products that will clean/detox of your body and speed up the regeneration of your cells improving your health and weight issues.
